I didn't follow my parents to jb as I mentioned in my previous post. I stayed at home instead. On the other hand, the Batam trip with Syairah & her family was great. We left for Batam on Thursday evening & headed back on Saturday afternoon. We did some shopping over there & I had the chance to 'feel' the kampung life. We went over to her grandma's house & it was situated on top of the sea. Okay, I don't know if you guys could imagine but probably the pictures might explain it =) We did a little bit of shopping. The items there are damn cheap! Syairah told me that her grandma actually asked her this after we reached home. "Eh, Raihanah didn't call you & said she fainted or anything?" Upon hearing that, I actually laughed out loud. Anyway, I am proud to say that I can survive kampung life! Hahaha.

On Saturday night, I headed to my grandma's house for my usual family gathering. Nothing much happened. As for Sunday, my mum forced me to fetch my grandparents at the airport as they are coming back from Indonesia. So I had to drag myself out of bed. =/ After which, we made our way to parkway! Had lunch at Banquet, walked around the mall & headed back home.

& today, I met up with Syairah & we went back to TMS to colect our testimonials & certificates. Bumped into some familiar faces too! Then we went over to Pasir ris to pay for my ez-link card & we ate at KFC while waiting for Nadhirah whom is always late! Haha. The 3 of us headed to the john little sale at spore expo. Bought a few things & then Syairah headed back home. Nadhirah & myself headed to downtown east to catch a movie! When In Rome... You guys should catch it! Well, that's all I have for tonight!
